Phil started PMN Services with Mikaela in 2019 and now runs the maintenance team. After relocating to Australia from the UK, Phil instantly fell in love with Darwin and the lifestyle (...and Mikaela).
Phil has a 14 year background in building, plumbing and gas fitting. Since moving to Australia, Phil has had the opportunity to transfer his skills and has worked on a variety of exciting projects. Phil takes pride in ensuring that every project is completed to the highest standard, and his attention to detail is second to none.
As the Maintenance Team Leader at PMN Services, Phil is committed to providing exceptional service to all of our customers. He works closely with his team to ensure that every project is completed efficiently and to the highest standard.

Mikaela is the second half of the PMN team and helped bring the dream to life. She is a fourth-generation born and bred Territorian, and has been involved in the construction industry for the past 5 years.
Mikaela leads the admin, quality assurance and project management side of things for PMN, but will sometimes get her hands dirty to give the guys a hand. She ensures that every project runs smoothly and that our clients receive the best possible service.
As the Administration and Project Management lead at PMN Services, Mikaela is dedicated to providing exceptional service to all of our clients.

With a passion for construction and a keen eye for detail, Jackson has worked on a wide range of projects across Darwin. He is always willing to lend a helping hand to his team members and is a respected leader on the job site.
